Academy of Management Best Paper Award Winner Dr. Evan Offstein

 In March 2023, Dr. Evan Offstein was notified by the Academy of Management, which is the flagship conference of the Management in academia, that his paper, "Holding Out for a Hero: The Need for Courage from Business Management Faculty", was accepted for the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management taking place August 2023 in Boston, Massachusetts, was judged by their reviewers to be one of the best accepted papers in their program. This high honor entitled his paper to be published in the Proceedings of the 2023 Academy of Management Meeting. It is Dr. Offstein's 6th "Best Paper" award from AoM since he started at Frostburg State! Congratulations, Dr. Offstein!
