SHRM Goes Off The Deep End

SHRM met with Rob Detinburn at The Deep End in Frostburg from 6-8pm.  In addition to owning The Dig Deep Brewing Company, and The Deep End, Rob has 15 years of experience in labor relations representing management in employment disputes.  Rob spoke to the students about labor relations, entrepreneurship, negotiation, and the importance of ethics and character.  The event was attended by 15 SHRM students as well as students from HR classes.
